Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products and to ensure hygiene standards, Scent Split generally does not accept returns on opened decants or samples. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Place the items in their original packaging and ensure they are securely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Ship & Track
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at your local carrier; your refund will be processed upon inspection.
