Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. We purchase full-sized bottles directly from authorized retailers and reputable distributors, then carefully decant them into smaller spray vials.
What is a fragrance decant?
A decant is a smaller bottle filled with perfume from an original manufacturer's bottle. This allows you to try luxury scents at a fraction of the cost before committing to a full-sized purchase.
How long will my sample last?
The longevity depends on the size you choose. Generally, a 1ml sample provides approximately 10-12 sprays, a 5ml bottle provides about 60-65 sprays, and a 10ml bottle provides roughly 120-130 sprays.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on decants. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
Are the spray vials glass or plastic?
We use high-quality glass vials for all our decants to ensure the integrity of the fragrance is maintained. Glass is non-reactive and prevents the scent from altering over time.
